Good location, friendly staff, restaurants and coffee shop
Wifi was inconsistent and went in and out. A real problem for business travelers. Need free wifi in the room also. The rooms are missing a clock, full length mirror, a rug and a picture on the wall. The room is just too spartan.

The rooms had a funky design, but luckely with wooden floors (never understood the facination with wall to wall carpeting in hotellrooms). It was clean and smelled fresh, with complementary water and aples. There were many restaurants inhouse that offered a good viraiety of food. A cool bar with a terrace on the roof gave us a nice ending of the day. It took only 3-4 minuts to walk in to the old city of Luzern.
As mentioned the rooms were a litle funky, with no door between bathroom and bedroom - so I recommend this to really good friends and couples only :)

The check-in/out was very simple and quick!
-Brkf was until 10:00 and I arrived at 9:45 becuase I worked late night before and the personel was very unfriendly and it was almost as if I had to ask for a favor to eat at 9:45!! They kept reminding me that bkfs was until 10:00.

A clean modern place, typical with swiss efficiency, close to railway and a quiet location a little removed from the nightime entertainment areas

I loved unwinding at the rooftop lounge and taking part in the evening wine tasting event they hosted. The only small hiccup was that the bathroom was a bit cramped, but it didn't overshadow the overall experience. 😊

Lovely room.three restaurants great food, great ambience. Convenient to the Old City. Close to main rail station. Very modern design. Lovely breakfast. Great staff.
Bathrooms need a door. Be aware that this hotel caters for tour groups which crowds the foyer and lift, as this and the 1st and seventh floors are the only places to receive the free wi fi the foyer becomes very noisy and uncomfortable to spend time in.

Convenient and short walk to train station.
Wi fi was only available in the lobby which really was not a particularly comfortable area. Our room was unbearably hot and not able to be modified. Very unusual entrance with multiple access doors, lifts etc.

The rooms are large enough, they are reasonable equipped and the beds are very comfortable .The bathroom ,open plan in some of the room are great with amazing large and powerful shower. The staff are uber efficient in true Swiss style and the location is ideal if you want to be in the heart of Luzern. The free internet in the communal area/bar was much welcomed and the breakfast good enough. The minimalist and clean cut design gave this place a rather sterile feel but we did not mind. Good car park facilities straight underneath the hotel but very pricey .
The minimalist and clean cut modern design may not be to everyone taste and it is very much everywhere. The floor to ceiling windows in the room are amazing but utterly pointless as the curtains will need to be drawn to maintain privacy as you are overlooked by everyone. The top floor bar deserved the main price for the most hideous ill thought design room ever. A ghastly throw back to the seventies completely out of keep with the rest of the building. Truly horrible.

This hotel exceeded all expectations in every way, recommend. The property was modern with excellant co-operating and active stuff at reception desk, I truly enjoyed the stay. The restaurant was really nice with ample food here, I had tasty dishes. Roof top view was worthy. The location was amazing, just next door to a covered wooden footbridge. A market and a bakery where right next door
